The Process Development Engineer will be assisting senior engineers in designing, developing and documenting processes for the manufacture of print head products at a conceptual level through to manufacturing implementation.

The materials engineer involves working with R&D and production to assure high quality, cost-effective products and processes.

This is an opportunity to join the Process Development Group that is responsible for materials and process development for manufacturing in MEMJET and other technologies.

You will identify and develop raw material suppliers necessary for the manufacture of Memjet technology. You will qualify supplier capability and ensure alignment with Memjet manufacturing strategy, including establishment and negotiation of the supply agreements. Your role is to design and document production line concepts & schematics to the stage of line implementation, including industrial engineering and line metrics analysis. The Process Development Engineer, Automatic Optical Inspection is responsible for the design, development, implementation and transfer of the process of identifying Known Good Die (KGD) utilizing Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI).

We are looking for a Process Technician who will be responsible for providing engineering and technical services required for a team of process development engineers. Initially the role is to set up and then it is for ongoing maintenance of lab equipment and support services.

We are looking for a Stores Assistant to look after the Manufacturing Stores area and all related processes such as stock taking, stock management and all other procedures normally related with a stores system.

This role undertakes the packing, shipping of parts as required. You would need to produce MS Excel based stock lists, to allow simple monitoring of stock levels across the manufacturing group. You will also assist with, where appropriate, incoming goods inspections of parts received for manufacturing.

The Failure Analysis Manager will lead a team performing business conscious and value added failure analysis to determine root-cause of failures and support determination and implementation of solutions to reduce or eliminate failures. The role is to develop new Failure Analysis and Fault Isolation tools, techniques and methods to determine root-cause of failures as well as to help drive the expansion of the team to cope with the additional demands from HVM manufacturing partner returns.
