The main aim of this role is to advance process technologies thereby enabling creative and innovative product design solutions which can be up-scaled to high volume manufacturing. Resulting products must provide the cost, reliability, quality and performance required by our customers.
The other area of responsibilities include driving cross functional teams consisting of product development group, process development group, automation and equipment group and the reliability & failure analysis group to achieve the required product qualification.

We are looking for a Process Technician who will be responsible for providing engineering and technical services required for a team of process development engineers. Initially the role is to set up and then it is for ongoing maintenance of lab equipment and support services.
The Failure Analysis Manager will lead a team performing business conscious and value added failure analysis to determine root-cause of failures and support determination and implementation of solutions to reduce or eliminate failures. The role is to develop new Failure Analysis and Fault Isolation tools, techniques and methods to determine root-cause of failures as well as to help drive the expansion of the team to cope with the additional demands from HVM manufacturing partner returns.
