The Process Development Engineer will be assisting senior engineers in designing, developing and documenting processes for the manufacture of print head products at a conceptual level through to manufacturing implementation.

The Industrial Engineer’s main focus would be data gathering and analysis to create models and identify production bottlenecks on printhead production lines. The Industrial Engineer would also work with other departments to identify potential production throughput improvement projects. Other areas would be to specify equipment procurement and labour capacity requirements for global print head production to meet production targets. Lastly, to provide cost inputs to overall business model for current and future production.

The materials engineer involves working with R&D and production to assure high quality, cost-effective products and processes.

You will identify and develop raw material suppliers necessary for the manufacture of Memjet technology. The Program Manager's role is mainly to deploy products developed by Silverbrook Research into high volume production at outsource manufacturing sites in Asia.

The Process Engineer – Flex Attach involves assisting senior engineers in designing, developing and documenting processes for the manufacture of print head products at a conceptual level through to manufacturing implementation and to advance process technologies in the area of flex attach thereby enabling creative and innovative product design solutions which can be up-scaled to high volume manufacturing.

Your role is to design and document production line concepts & schematics to the stage of line implementation, including industrial engineering and line metrics analysis. The Process Development Engineer, Automatic Optical Inspection is responsible for the design, development, implementation and transfer of the process of identifying Known Good Die (KGD) utilizing Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI).

We are looking for a Process Technician who will be responsible for providing engineering and technical services required for a team of process development engineers. Initially the role is to set up and then it is for ongoing maintenance of lab equipment and support services.

The Failure Analysis Manager will lead a team performing business conscious and value added failure analysis to determine root-cause of failures and support determination and implementation of solutions to reduce or eliminate failures. The role is to develop new Failure Analysis and Fault Isolation tools, techniques and methods to determine root-cause of failures as well as to help drive the expansion of the team to cope with the additional demands from HVM manufacturing partner returns.
