The Process Development Engineer will be assisting senior engineers in designing, developing and documenting processes for the manufacture of print head products at a conceptual level through to manufacturing implementation.

The main aim of this role is to advance process technologies thereby enabling creative and innovative product design solutions which can be up-scaled to high volume manufacturing. Resulting products must provide the cost, reliability, quality and performance required by our customers.

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to be responsible for design, development and documentation of manufacturing processes from a conceptual level through to full manufacturing implementation. This role involves advanced process technologies which enable innovative product designs which can be up-scaled to high volume and low-cost manufacture.

The Industrial Engineer’s main focus would be data gathering and analysis to create models and identify production bottlenecks on printhead production lines. The Industrial Engineer would also work with other departments to identify potential production throughput improvement projects. Other areas would be to specify equipment procurement and labour capacity requirements for global print head production to meet production targets. Lastly, to provide cost inputs to overall business model for current and future production.

In this role you will undertake simulation and modelling tasks related to inkjet printheads, to inform decisions on physical and operational parameters of current and future printhead designs.

The Mechanical Engineer performs the following tasks in a role as an independent engineer and in a supporting role to assist other engineers and designers.

The role involves performing general data entry, office administration, and record keeping activities within the supply chain management group. You will be responsible for the management and operation of the customer product return process and data base.

In this role, you are responsible for checking design documents for print heads intended for high-volume manufacture, to ensure the following items are consistent with needs by manufacturing processes, printer design, and automation equipment design.

The Workshop Technician provides prototyping services to the product design and other teams in the technology development department, using tool room equipment and rapid prototyping machines. The Technician builds prototypes, fixtures and equipment as specified by designers and engineers. The Technician will assists designers and engineers in specifying parts to suit the available machines and maintaining the workshop equipment.

We are looking for a Design Engineer with mechanical aptitude and experience to assist in research and development of printer maintenance systems including designing mechanical prototypes, test fixtures and equipments executing test plans and documenting results in lab environment.
