Main Focus
The main focus of this role is to ensure the incoming inspection of completed QA Chip lots being shipped in canisters from our approved assembly sub-contractors conforms to the required standard.
Production Targets
Provide support for the day to day IQA & OQA activities to help the goal of the QA Chip Operations. The output coming from this operation requires close attention to timelines and volume targets, in order to satisfy both internal and external customers.
Quality Process
Audits and checks shop order, equipment calibration, ESD adherence to determine if the lot/process has passed all the required testing or has conformed to the process. Performs 100% Final Visual Inspection of lots being shipped in Tape & Reel in conformance to the specifications provided by the order fulfilment document. Observes “First In, First Out” scheme in processing IQA and OQA lots, ensures proper endorsement of lots to the manufacturing floor. Performs and provide techniques for a “Go, No Go” inspection for in-reel visual/mechanical inspection.
Monitoring Support
This role will be the chairman for the MRB procedure. Ensure that all systems and process procedures work effectively with minimal downtime and that process issues (MRB) are immediately resolved whenever they arise. Work closely with production and engineering to provide ‘poke-yoke’ solutions to prevent these issues from recurring.
Security
A key feature of the QA Chip Operations is physical and electronic security. Although the design teams provide certain aspects of the security implementation, it is a function of this role to manage certain other aspects of the system security function (under the requirements from the design team). To meet the requirements of this section, the successful candidate must provide two referees, pass a 100 point check and must not have a criminal record. It is also a requirement for the role to work within the security system to be successful in this position.

Education
You will possess an Electronic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree or an equivalent relevant experience in a high volume IC manufacturing company. (Engineer)
You should have at least 2 years of university education and have worked in a company before in any capacity (Operator)
